When thunder and lightning ruin your good time, our Sunshine Guarantee program can provide you with a return visit on us!
This program guarantees you receive the value of your park admission in the event you experience sustained inclement weather. Stop by the Guest Relations office or submit your information below to request your return visit! Your original admission ticket or order number will be required.
Eligibility
When the Sunshine Guarantee is available to Zoombezi Bay guests:
- Inclement weather causes early closure or negatively impacts the park’s operating hours.
- Rides are closed for over 60 minutes consecutively due to lightning or other inclement weather.
More Information
- Season Pass holders and Gold Members are not eligible to request Sunshine Guarantee tickets in place of their memberships.
- Bring-a-Friend ticket holders are not eligible to request Sunshine Guarantee tickets.
- Promotional, discounted, and group sales tickets (including multi-day tickets) may not be eligible for the Sunshine Guarantee.
- Complimentary tickets are not eligible to be replaced by this program (including previously requested Sunshine Guarantee tickets.)
- Sunshine Guarantee does not apply to parking or additional in-park products or experiences.
Complete this form below to request a Sunshine Guarantee ticket due to inclement weather during your visit. Requests must be submitted within one week of your visit.
This policy subject to change, and policy enactment is at the discretion of our Guest Relations team. Additional purchases and upgrades including, but not limited to, parking, lockers, and ZoomPass are not included in return visit.
