Check-In
Check-in begins at the Zoombezi Bay Gazebo inside the main entrance of the water park at 10:30 a.m. (10:00 a.m. for Season Pass Holders on Early Entry Days).
- Select Seating not checked in by 1 p.m. will be resold, without refund, to guests within the park on a first-come, first-served basis.
- In the event that you will arrive later than 1 p.m. on the day of your rental, please let us know by calling 614-724-3767.
