Admission to Zoombezi Bay also includes entry into the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium on the day of your visit.

Guests are required to wear proper attire (Shirts and Shoes) until they enter the Zoombezi Bay gates at which point appropriate swimsuit attire is acceptable.

Shade umbrellas are prohibited at Zoombezi Bay however umbrellas used for shelter from the rain are allowed.

We recommend guests wear sunscreen during their visit.

Though guests cannot bring food into Zoombezi Bay they may bring food and beverages into the Zoo. The Zoo does not allow straws (due to the safety of the animals) and alcohol is prohibited.

Rafts at Zoombezi Bay are provided free of charge.

We do not provide towels. Be sure to bring your own towel or purchase one in Zoombezi Bay's Surf Shop.

Due to limited acreage Zoombezi Bay does not offer public picnic areas. Guests are not permitted to bring food into Zoombezi Bay however, we do provide a cooler storage area for guests located at the entrance to Zoombezi Bay. Your admission to Zoombezi Bay will allow you to exit the park to enjoy your packed meal at the Zoo and re-enter when you finish. Guests are permitted to bring in bottled water.

Guests may call 1-800-MONKEYS if they have special dietary needs, food allergies, or are bringing an infant to the park. Staff can provide additional information on food options.

We recommend guests wear traditional swimwear at Zoombezi Bay. For safety reasons guests are not permitted to wear t-shirts or jeans on any attraction. Zippers, buttons or other metal adornments may cause injury.

Guests with plaster casts may not enter the water or ride any attractions at Zoombezi Bay.

Guests may exit the park to visit the Zoo, their car or ride the dry rides at Jungle Jack's Landing* but a handstamp or receipt will be needed to re-enter Zoombezi Bay. *additional fees required to ride rides at Jungle Jack's Landing.
