Dress Code: Any clothing or swim wear deemed offensive by management will not be permitted.

Swimsuits are required on all water attractions. A swimsuit is clothing designed for swimming and must have a lining. Thong swim wear is not permitted. Other clothing that is unacceptable: street clothes, cut offs or shorts with metal objects such as zippers, snaps or buckles. T-shirts and/or eye wear are not permitted on certain rides. Shirt, shorts and shoes must be worn in all non-attraction areas.
Swim Diaper Policy: Diaper aged children and diaper dependent adults must wear a protective outerwear covering designed specifically for use in the aquatic settings. The protective covering must be made of material that will not allow water to penetrate and have elasticity at the legs and waist to prohibit any liquid to pass from outside or inside out. Infant swim diapers may be purchased at the Gift Shop.
Food & Beverage Policy: Food, drink or alcoholic beverages (Ohio code number 4301.62) of any type may not be brought into the waterpark. Exceptions are only for medical purposes and baby formula or baby food in non-glass containers. Under no circumstances may glass containers be brought into the park. Coolers and picnic baskets are restricted to the public areas inside the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.
Height Requirements: The height levels, which are established by the state of Ohio as well as the manufacturer of the ride, are posted at each attraction. These height requirements are for your safety and will be enforced by the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and Zoombezi Bay personnel.
Line Jumping: Line jumping/line cutting or holding places in line is not permitted. Guests are not permitted to save places in line and return for any reason. Guests who violate this policy may be removed from the property without a refund.
Park Announcements: The public address system is used for general park information and weather reports only. Requests made by park guests for any type of announcement will be declined.
Park Code of Conduct: Open fires, grills, glass containers, bicycles, skateboards and other skating equipment, umbrellas, lounge chairs, radios, thermoses, tape and CD players (other than Walkman types) are not permitted. Disrespectful conduct or behavior such as vulgarity, loitering, intoxication, line jumping, theft, excessive rowdiness and other actions that negatively impact our guests or staff will not be tolerated. The behavior will result in ejection from the park without a refund. All rules and height restrictions must be obeyed at all times. Firearms are not permitted on park property. Park code of conduct applies in all areas of the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium complex.
Safety: For your safety, personal rafts and flotation devices are not permitted to be brought into the park. Guests with certain body proportions involving height and/or weight may be denied the opportunity to ride attractions where safety restraints will not operate as designed. Please ask a ride attendant before waiting in line if you have any questions. All guests will be subject to bag searches upon entering the park.
Smoking: The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium Complex is a smoke-free environment. Guests cannot smoke anywhere in the park except for designated smoking areas. Consult your map for details.
Supervision of Children: Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult for admission.
Re-admittance: Guests wishing to leave the park and return the same day need to have their hand stamped at the exit turnstiles.
